Requirements
The PBIS Surveys site enables schools that have implemented school-wide positive
behavior support plans or are in the process of doing so to collect and analyze
surveys online. A school must meet the following requirements to use the site:

Work with a state PBIS leadership team.

Have an active local PBIS leadership team.

Have the support and involvement of the school’s administrator.
Most but not all states have leadership teams. States that do have a
designated state-wide PBIS coordinator.
